How do you like this pretty Starfish from Georgia Aquarium, which is a must see if you ever get a chance to visit Atlanta.

The weekend usually ends so fast, and this one is not an exception. We did not do anything special today, just went for some shopping. We bought some presents for our nephews at Target and U.S. Polo Assn. Tomorrow I am going to send them to Mother Russia.
In the evening we had some very tasty dinner, I cooked some main course, and was actually planning on making Tiramisu, but I could not find Mascarpone, that is why Tiramisu is coming up somewhere this week.
As a main course we had "Beef Scaloppini With Asparagus"
Ingredients:
1 lb Beef
200 g Asparagus
100 g Gorgonzola Cheese ( you can find more info in my Cheerful Cookbook)
100 ml White Wine
100 ml Vegetable Broth
100 ml 22% Cream
2 tablespoons Olive Oil
1 tablespoon Butter
Sea Salt
Freshly ground Pepper
Directions:
1. Wash and dry meat with a paper towel. Slice into 1 cm thick pieces, and tenderize using a meat mallet.
2. Warm olive oil and butter in a frying pan, fry meat on both sides on a high heat until golden.
3. Then golden, take beef out of the pan, onto a dish.
4. Add white wine and vegetable broth in the pan, let it boil until approximately 1/3 has evaporated.
5. Reduce heat, return meat into the pan, add cream and Gorgonzola cheese. Let simmer for 5-7 min.
6. Cook asparagus by boiling it in a hot water for 15 min.
Bone Appetit!
