"Prigojev's Omelette"

Hello my dear readers, hopefully you all like my new blog layout and my new post concept, let me know what you think! :)
So, today we are going to be cooking omelet for breakfast, this one I created myself this morning and called it "Prigojev's Omelette."



Let's begin
Ingredients:
2 Eggs
2 Tomatoes
4 slices of Bread
6 Asparagus stalks
2 Green Onion stalks
Sea Solt
Fresh Ground Pepper
30ml Milk
3 Garlic Cloves
Parmesan Cheese
Olive Oil

Directions:
1. Fry bread slices on both sides














2. Coat each slice with 1 grated garlic clove












3. Place tomatoes in hot boiling water for a few minutes










4. Peel tomatoes












5. Slice tomatoes into small cubes, make sure to save the juice
6. Chop onion stalks
7. Chop 2 garlic cloves
8. Chop asparagus stalks












9. Heat frying pan, add olive oil. Then add onion and garlic, fry until golden








10. Add asparagus and tomatoes. Cover and stew for 15 min.










11. Heat frying pan, add olive oil and a little bit of butter
12. Beat eggs and milk together, add salt and pepper











13. When pan is hot, pure eggs and place bread slices











14. Add tomato sauce












15. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese
16. In 1 minute, fold one side of omelet











17. Cover and cook for 2 min














*When ready place on a plate, add some asparagus stalks and sprinkle with parsley
